Suggest Treatment For Pink Scar On Testicles?

I used a cotton ball dipped in apple cider vinegar to clear the mollescum patch on my testicles. The mollescum went away but now I have a pink patch that seems to be a scar. Will this go away in time? Also will neosporin or a vitamin e oil help reduce the scarring if not? Thank u for ur help
