Suggest Treatment For Pinpointed Headache In The Orbital Area

Hello, thank you for asking! I think I broke my nose two/three days ago and I have developed a pinpointed headache in the orbital area. My horse accidentally slammed his head upward into my nose. I have not been to a doctor as it didn t seem very bad, just painful. There is some swelling and slight bruising but the nose is touchable. Is the headache a symptom I should have looked at?
