Suggest Treatment For Pins And Needles And Numbness In Forearm

Last week (wednesday) i had an emt try to get an iv in the crease of my elbow but was not able to.they always have a hard time getting them. Anyways yesterday (sunday) when i woke up my forarm is is numb and if i move certain ways it hurts i also get a pins and neddles feeling throughout the area. Im wondering could i have slept on it wrong and pinched a nerve or could the emts have hit a nerve?
