Suggest Treatment For Pinworms During Pregnancy

Hi There, I'm currently 8months & 5days Pregnant and I possibly may have Pinworms.. I never knew what this was, its the 1st time I've learnt about it.. My Family Doctor gave me a Pinwarm Kit to be tested @ home and then sent off to a Lab... I'm not sure how long I could of had this, but if possitive; Could Pinworms cause Any harm to my unborn Baby?.... This has me very Paranoid as a Mother. I feel very guilty if my baby is at risk of anything during its development.
