Suggest Treatment For Pityriasis Rosea And Anxiety

I have been shivering, feeling cold all the time. My feet and hands, everywhere. I was using topical steroid creams for my eczema but yesterday someone told me its Pityriasis Rosea and not eczema. Ever since I stopped using the creams it kept flaring and now it s on my chest and neck, down. I ve been feeling tired. I ve become so tensed and anxiety I believe has gotten worse. Can t sleep well either.
