Suggest Treatment For Pityriasis Rosea

i was diagnosed have a pityriasis rosea last may 2011 the herald patch appear 2nd week of march,1st week-3week of april I suffered for the rash,1st week of may i decided to go to specialist and find out that the skin disease ithat i have as pityriasis rosea..I cant believe that i have this disease cause I live at a tropical country and place no pine tree,no winter season,and i never experienced having sex with other man only at my husband,I have no idea were did i get this disease,and until now i have this disease for almost 3mos....
