Suggest Treatment For Planters Wart

I have had a plantars wart for about 4 years now, done over the counter cream, gel, bandaid treatments, no success. Earlier this year I did around 10 weekly burning off treatments with nytrogen, they were getting smaller, pain was unbearable. Ive been working away now since May and have been doing over the counter treatments. I have tried duck tape and even flower pollen... it is painful, awkward, annoying, ugly...what else can I do?
