Suggest Treatment For Plugged Ear, Sinus Infection, Stiff Neck And Shoulder Pain

I have been to the clinic 3x for a plugged ear and sinus infection. Two antibiotics, two ear washes and now it is still plugged. I cannot hear anything. I have a aching and soreness at the base of my head, stiff neck, pain across my shoulders and pain in both arms from the elbow to the shoulder. This has been going on for 6 weeks now.
