Suggest Treatment For Pneumonia And Pleurisy

I recently was hospitalized for pneumonia and pleurisy. (3 weeks ago) I was in hospital for 3 days they sent me home on antibiotics and prednisone. I competed all my medication as required. Recently the past week i have been running a fever of 101.5 or higher, and have a horrible couch still. I also have bad body aches, and chills constantly. On top of all of that i have had massive migraines and it has been feeling like bugs are crawling out of my ears at times. I have checked my ears and haven t seen anything. My head and my neck hurt so bad that i can barely move, and when i cough it makes me cry. Any advice?
