Suggest Treatment For Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome

hi i am 26 yrs old now.polycystic ovarian disease in both the ovaries is my problem since past 2 yrs.i have taken novelon for 1st 3 months,then krimson35 for next 3 months and novelon again for next 3 months and 1 month femilon then i got married. then i have been advised to take duphaston and fertolet for next 6 months. then my prolactin label becomes 49.00 and i have taken cabgolin 0.25 every week for 3 months. now i have been advised to take metformin and letroze for next 6 months.after all this i m worried whether i will conceive or not?i have been married for 1 and half year..my height 5'3'' and weight 60kg.. plz advise me..
