Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Kidney Disease

I am having polycystic kidney disease and I am under treatment for blood pressure. I am using Cilacar 10 mg and mebigard 2.5 mg. My potasium gets on increasing and when I checked the internet it is given that calcium channel blocker ie cilacar is not good for pkd it will increase the size of the cyst.It is written that ARB help and not CCB. So I want to know if CCB is not good for PKD and if that case what need to be done
