Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Kidneys With High Creatinine Levels

My mother age is 67 yrs and she has polycystic kidneys (ADPKD). She is having BP problem The Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis report is as follows polycystic kidneys (ADPKD).Mild thickening and irregularity of urinary bladder wall, s/o cystitis. In 14-1-2011 report shows her creatinine level is 5.7 mg/dl which was 3.3 mg/dl mg/dl in March-10. Currently medicines she is taking are as follows( which she is taking from oct 10) T. Nicardia (R) 10mg       1-0-1 T.Lasix 20g          1-0-0 T.Sodamint          1-1-1 Shelcal       500g          1-0-1 Alpha D3          0-1-0 Zyloric                1-0-1 Orofer                0-0-1 Rabiplus           1-0-1 Nephrocap           1-0-0 Nephrosav          1-0-0 Kindly suggest the treatment going currently is in right direction or not . Suggest if any changes required .so that creatinine level will lower or any good nephrologist in Thane, Maharashtra
