Suggest Treatment For Polyserositis

Hello. My wife suffers from fluid build up around various organs of the body - heart, lungs and abdomen. She also has atrial fibrillation and a slight malfunction of the left ventricle. She has suffered this for several years and it is treated by draining the fluids while in hospital as my wife needs to come off warfarin briefly. She has been informed she has polyserositis. Is there a cure for this condition? What is the treatment? My wife feels that regular drainage is debilitating and gives her no quality of life. Thanks.
