Suggest Treatment For Poor Vision Caused After Retinal Detachment Surgery

Hi dr, my concern is about my husband. He has started behaving abnormal since a few days.since 2009, he has undergone couple of retinal detachment surgeries and since 2012 mid, he is in the recovery state but not yet able to see due to membrane formation in his eye. He has lost all his Patience now. How should i handle this situation?
