Suggest Treatment For Popped Ear

I had a flu for 3 days, then severe cough and runny nose started for about 5 day. I have been taking Robitusun and Mucinex. I was coughing so hard last night and I heard my right ear popped. I keep hearing ringing in my right ear all day. Please advise as if I need to see a doctor. Thank you.
