hi.im 37 years old.doctor has diagonsed me with positional vertigo.i feel dizzy during morning..it becomes difficult to concentrate on anything..thre is immense pressure in the left ear..along with it thre is a feeling of nausea,spinnig of head,balancing problem while standing and moving and i immediate get an attack in ac and dark places..kindly give an reply as fast as places..
