Suggest Treatment For Positive Rubella IgG

Hi, I was 10 weeks pregnant when I miscarried. It was on 30th Dec,2014. I m getting my regular period since 1 month after I miscarried. I have undergone TORCH tests and have been detected with Rubella IgG positive and IgM negative. Do I need to get vaccinated for Rubella? Doctor has prescribed to take Ecosprin. Should I take it? My thyroid and prolactin tests are normal. BP is normal. Can I try to conceive now? Please help as I am really confused what to do. Some doctors are saying to wait 6 months and some are saying I can try from now on.
