Suggest Treatment For Positive Reducing Substance And Pus Cells In Stool

hello My 5 month son is passing watery stool we already given rota virus vaccine .but still he had loose motions .is it normal to hav loose motions even after rota virus vaccine is given.his stool report shows +ve reducing substance & pus cells present.kindly tell me reason for this and prevention in future and cure for same
