Suggest Treatment For Possible Seasonal Eczema

hi I am suffering from allergy from last three month , I contact a doctor and he treated me for winter allergy and gave Roxid-150 with,Methasone and cetlevo,it worked fine and initially I felt better but winter is over and now again I have same attack like infections on lip, eyelids head and ear , For your kind information ,my hair is white and I am using Hair dye which contains parapheneledyamene, please suggest me whether should i continue this dye or suggest some another good one,Am i suffering from contact dermatitis(eczema)
