Suggest Treatment For Post Acne Marks On Skin

Hi Doctor,

I have post acne marks and also used to get acne once a month. But these monsoons have created a ruckus on my skin and now its full of acne and acne marks. I want to know a good remedy to clear all of it in as little time as possible
right now i'm using Erytop in the morning and Tretinoin 0.05% in the night for the past 2 days. Is there a better and faster solution to my problem
