Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drip And Ear Pop

I have post nasal drip, I can exhale out of my left nostril but can not breath in. My left ear will pop but clog back up after I pop it. It does not hurt all of the time but it feels fool and sounds like fluid all the way down to my jawbone. My left ear sometimes drains alot and other times it is dry. Doctors put me on a decongestant but it has not helped any. What else could it be and how can I get relief? It gets really annoying. Thanks!
