Suggest Treatment For Post Traumatic Stress Disorder After Sexual Abuse

I am 26 ys old unmarried women.I am a victim of sexual abuse in my 7th std by two persons.
I didn't tell this matter to nobody even to my mom because i am scared.Now my family compelled me for marriage.
Still I feel more tensions & worries about this matter and confusions.I can't think about a marriage life.

Doctor,Now can I get into a marriage life?Is any problems in my sexul life?can i carrying a baby?
