Suggest Treatment For Posterior Wall Fibroid Indenting

Hi, I m 31 years old with no kids 5 6, 68.89kg with posterior wall fibroid indenting the endometrium measuring 4.2*3.7*3.2 cm. My doctor told me it is better to remove this as I am planning for the baby or even if i keep this it will create issue in pregnancy. I will appreciate your advise. Thank You
