Suggest Treatment For Postmenopausal Fibroid Tumors

I have a post menopausal fibroid tumor the size of a grapefruit. I have hemoraged for the majority of 6 years now. I am 57. destitute. Medicare will not help as it is not terminal or cancerous. My question that no one can answer is, will the bleeding ever stop? Or is this for ever. Thank you Beth
