Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation While On Medication For BP

i am a 48yr old I am currently having problems with getting an maintaining an erection and when i do i usually ejaculate prematurelly, I currently take lisinopril for prehypertion. This problem is causing a strain on my marrage.This problem has steadily got worse since i started taking my blood pressure meds can this be a factor causing this.
