Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

I'm 37 years old and for the past couple years I've been suffering from a loss of pleasure during orgasm. The muscle contractions during orgasm are extremely weak and I am left with alot of dribble of semen afterwards. I've taken a week between orgasm with not much difference. I am not in poor health, and not obese. I've done alot of research online and have come across plenty of people with the same problem, from all age groups. I never have found anyone of them who have found an answer. The people who have seen urologist's say that most dr's are kind of baffled by this?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
