Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hi sir
I am mahesh and i got married four years back. I faced the problem of eraction in penis and fast ejeculation. I have taken some medicine from one of docter. When i eat medicine my problems runs away but when i leave medicine it comes again. Kindly guide a permanant solution for this. I am 30 years old. And eraction problems comes more in winters rather than summers. Kindly help with ur answer.
