Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

It has been 2 months to our marriage.. but we have not been able to engage into a relationship yet .. either because she is too scared of the pain or he is not able to perform due premature ejaculation .. someone suggested to boost up his prostate level from 88 to 110 which may cost upto Rs 10k .. what may be the possible reason n cure??
