Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

i am 28 years old married man for the last 4 years. My first yaer of marital life was ok as far as sexual life is considered but now i have man problems. I have timing problem I ejacualte in a very short time. some times even during the foreplay, i need to be discharged. I cannot hold that even for few minutes. I have also felt that now i have erectile problem as well because I dont feel the proper erection as it used to be. My sexual life is very disturbed.In the first year after marriage, i have multiple time intercourse in one night but now I cannot hold even for one time. i used to have sex for five times in one night but now i dont have proper erection in first time. Secondly i have felt that the desire for sex is also very decreased than before. I get stimulation ad desire for sex only when i watch any blue movies or porn videos etc. I am ver upset.Please help me.
