Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

I am 47 year old & diabatic My blood sugar level is 167/213 geting erection too late & if erected cannot controll for even a second or two . Already consumed musali power extra 30+60+90 before 4 months but no improvement.lastly i am taking panegra50 for erection but no improvement in premature ejaculation.Iam a service holder &going home in afortnight.completely depressed about my sexual performance.Kindly advice.
