Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Gap Between Hip And Lower Spine

hi my name is hina,my age is 33.since last 3 years i hv a serious prob..i hv a gap on my right hip and lower spine joint.. i cant walk more then 5 minutes..my left foot became numb after 5 minutes walk n i feel to fell down..n i feel strong pain in my lower spine area n right foot toe..no medicine is working all treatment n docs r failed to over come my prob
