Suggest Treatment For Pressure Around The Nasal Bridge

Hi there from the UK.
I have pressure around the bridge of my nose and around my eyebrow line. Sometimes it can move to my temples and the corner of my eyes around the tear duct area.
When its at its worse its bearable but I've endured it for a long time.
I have visited my local surgery where the doctor prescribed me antibiotics which I took for approx 2 weeks. These didn't seem to do anything. I went back a while later and saw another doctor, told her the symptoms and that I'd been prescribed antibiotics and her exact words were 'Everyone's different so there's nothing I can do for you'. She didn't perform an examination or anything. This angered me a bit but I couldn't do anything.
Since I have bought some over the counter nasal spray which didn't have any effect either.

If there's anything you can suggest as going back to my local practitioner doesn't seem like an option as they've lost my trust.
