Suggest Treatment For Pressure Feeling In Ears And Constant Gurgling Sounds

Hi there, I m having a lot of trouble with fluid in both my ears.....(mainly the left one) I ve had my ears syringed thinking it was the wax causing this deafness etc, but both ears are totally wax free. The best way I can explain my symptoms are follows.......its like I was on an aircraft & my ears DID NT clear or pop My head seems to be locked up all the time & theres a gurgling noise in my ears when I swallow or chew....can you please help me get this put right so I can hear normally again.......many thanks.
