Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Head And Dizziness

i have this pressure, and i cant quite tell where it is. i know that sounds dumb, but its not really my sinuses, or the roof of my mouth, or my top jaw, but its kind of all of them trying to push out the front of my face behind and below my nose. occasionally for no discernible reason, it will make me dizzy for a moment. i sometimes feel the dizzyness when i stand up. my blood pressure is regulated with atenolol, and is always normal when checked now. i have tried sinus medication and several antibiotics, to no use. please help
