Suggest Treatment For Pressure In The Vagina After Intercourse

Hi, may I am a 32 year old female married for 3 years with no other problems but except the one that just started 2 weeks back. After having sex with my husband,which was really rough and long than usual i felt like something in my vagina just ripped and after that whenever i go to urinate i feel pressure in my vagina and kind of urgent need to go to the bathroom mostly. I also feel more urge to masturbate. what can this be? Do i need to see a doctor? is it safe for us to have sex now?
