Suggest Treatment For Progressive Bulbar Palsy

My wife, age 74, was recently diagnosed with Progressive Bulbar Palsy. She has had dysarthria symptons for over 6 years with minor swallowing difficulties. She is still mobile but is slowly loosing muscle control. We would like to know her prognosis considering the slow progression of her condition.
