Suggest Treatment For Prolapsed Bladder

I live in South Carolina. I had a vaginal mesh bladder surgery done in 2004 and about 1 1/2 years ago it started to drop again. I had no insurance to be able to have a doctor look at me and possibly fix it. My bladder has dropped to where i can feel something at the opening. It is very painful to sit or walk. My question is this: Is there a place that specializes in doing bladder tacks like a clinic instead of me going to a urologist? I realize the doctors at the clinic would be consider urologist too, but I feel like my situation is not your ordinary bladder tack. I had my first bladder tack done at the age of 39 by my gynacologist where he just stitched it up to my muscles and it didn t last but 3 months or so. then I waited to have it fixed again for about 2 years and a urologist did the sling. it lasted about 9 years. I m so tired of having to do this. I liked my urologist that did it but I m getting advice from the nurses that I work with on the labor and delivery floor to do research before I do anything. I need to do something soon!! Looking forward to your advice. G. Best
