Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Chronic Constipation

I have chronic constipation. I only have a bowel movement 1 a month when I use ex lax.. I have taken 6 exlax in 2 days with no movement. I don t feel poorly, just tired and unable to have a good bowel movement. This has been going on for the last 4-6 months.
