Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Erection

I am 22 year old male. 2 years ago, I ruptured one of my testicles during a football game. The testicle was removed, and I was told that I could have a normal life. But lately I have been have prolonged erections which do not recede normally. Could I have sustained other damages that was not detected during my accident?
