Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Headache

Respected doctor, my mother age is 55yr she having headache problem for the last 10yr.she gets 3,4,times headech a month it remains 12 to15 hrs I did CT SCAN& MR result r normal doctors say it is because of gas problem I think so please sugget me any good medicine mother useses lot of medicine for this problem still result hadnt came plz asw At YYYY@YYYY
