Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Heavy Bleeding Post C Section

dear Doctor i had a c-section 31/2 months ago my rochia never stopped at all then 6 weeks later i had a copper iud and pap smear done i have been bleeding and lately the bleeding is very heavy for the last 2 weeks. my gyn said i challnge it with pills and i have so far finished the first line but no change please help
