Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding

I ve had my period almost every single day for 8 months. Sometimes it will be really light if it even shows up for a full day, but recently it s been heavy which happens every once in awhile. I pass clots and today one didn t even look like a clot it was light pink/white. I m 14 and I know this isn t normal and I don t really know how to tell my mom and get help.
