Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Periods And Anemia

my sister who is 22 years of age , has high stress related problems. she has an excelent academic record ...but sometimes just before exams she starts showing symptoms of high blood pressure, continuous periods and anemia. currently she is pursuing medical degree. how can this problem be solved
