Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Caused By Progesterone Pill Intake

I started taking the progesterone only pill POP on the 28th of february. I have been bleeding non stop from.the 2nd if march until now. On the 18th of March my doctor put me on microgynon to control the bleeding but it has not worked. What can i do to stop the bleeding. It is very light flow. Thank you
