Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Warts While On Liquid Nitrogen

I have been having treatment for verucas and warts on my fingers for over two years through the NHS - liquid nitrogen. It is extremely painful and although the verucas have shrunk the warts have got worse and it is getting me down. Is there any other treatment to be effective for warts as nobody seems to be able to help?
I am a woman who likes to look good and my son is getting married this year and I really do not want warts on my fingers.
