Suggest Treatment For Prostate Problem

My uncle is suffering from prostrate problem. Presently he is recieving treatment from Apollo Hospital , chennai in short term basis and has undergone surgery 2 years ago but the problem remains . During the summer seasons, he gets traces of blood in urine and suffers from abdominal pain.So doctor can you please suggest somrthing for him.
