Suggest Treatment For Prostatomegaly Grade 2

Gdmng Sir,I was diagnosed with grade1 prostatomegaly and high Serum Creatinine(SC) and ESR last September and treated with Renosave for a month;SC and ESR became normal;now following pain at left back USG Ab scan done and revealed grade 2 prostatomegaly (I am 5 3 in ht,75 kgs in wt,have some knee pains;treated for Whooping cough at age 5,Chicken pox at age 25,Gland TB at shoulder at age 45,dehydration at ages 48 and 49)vitamin D test revealed deficiency (15),put on Sandocal,Adoni,OmniXT now; pl suggest treatment, Thank you VSRAGHAVA
