Suggest Treatment For Prurigo Nodules On Elbows And Thighs

Hey Dr, I've severe Prurigo nodules on my elbows and thighs am aged 29yrs and a female.I have been under lot of stress previous few days.But then I also observe it happens specially when i visit my inlaws in a different city. Its painful very itchy and have a burning sensation tried many corticosteroids antihistamines also since i have allergic rhinitis.and am a diabetic since 24years now..But now seems like NEEM OIL has come to my aide.All i would like to know is how do i avoid it i'm mainly worried about the scars which take very longs to vanish and fade.
