Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis And Swelling In Finger Joints

Good morning sir I am having psoriasis and fingers joint swelling with pain problems. The blood report says that it is not the Ra factor but symptoms shows that it is like a Ra problem. I am consulting two physicians (ortho)one Dr advised me to take HCQS 200 and another dr advised me to take prednisolone pills. Can you pls tell me which one is best for my problem? My age is 42 unmarried women. But my actual problemsproblem is psoriatic arthTitus. Is these medicines can cure my problems sir? Kindly pls explain sir.
