Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis On Buttocks And Legs

I have psoriasis breakouts all over my body ...but they are small and random places including buttocks annoying and unsightly I use fluocinonide ointment wrap my legs in plastic wrap to keep area moist....but tube doesn t last for a month because so many spots....what can I do ...I feel helpless!
